I help you figure out what situation your business, brand, and online shop really are in by analyzing your financials, site design, customer experience, press and social media coverage, products, team, organization, and communication.
I point out the most urgent problems as well as your general strengths and weaknesses and make a clear plan to solve the biggest problems first. I offer solutions to make your work easier and help you achieve more effortless growth while capitalizing on your strengths and minimizing your weaknesses. If you don’t have resources in place to act on these plans, I help execute them as well.
